Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

From perusal of the impugned order it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 08.02.2016 but even then the concerned investigating officer did not take pain to arrange the Test Identification Parade of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20598 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi (Maheshkhunt) Rail P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015.
