No. 21893 of 2015 to the extent that the name of petitioner no. 4 has been recorded as Vijay Rai instead of Vinay Rai @ Vinay Kumar and for extending the period of surrender. It appears that the said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Let the name of petitioner no. 4 Vijay Rai be read as Vinay Rai @ Vinay Kumar instead of Vijay Rai and the period of surrender is further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50241 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 with Complaint Case No. 2595 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. The order dated 23.06.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
