2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354(B), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999.

3. Allegation against these petitioners is of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69358 of 2023(3) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 commission of assault to informant and his family members. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned senior counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and injury, the prayer for bail is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 691 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
