2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Babura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, dated 27.03.2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 26.03.2025 at 02:00PM informant's pickup truck was going to Chapra carrying bone fertilizer. When it reached near Rajapur, the accused petitioners stopped the vehicle and assaulted the driver and his helper. They called the informant from the driver's number and demanded Rs.20,000/-, in lieu of sparing the life of the driver and helpers. The informant lastly transferred money on mobile number 8178029757.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

No.62598 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 2/3 petitioner that altogether 20 persons, who are alleged to have stopped the vehicle and demanded money and the petitioner is one of the accused against whom there is no specific allegation of any overt act. The further allegation of having transferred money, through mobile app, does not belongs to this petitioner, rather the same belongs to one Mantu Kumar. It is further submitted that two other co-accused persons namely Karan Kumar and Ravi Ranjan Kumar have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.09.2025, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61390 of 2025 and 64179 of 2025 respectively.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts that allegations being general and omnibus, allegation of having transferred money, through mobile app, does not belong to this petitioner, rather the same belongs to one Mantu Kumar and two other co-accused persons namely Karan Kumar and Ravi Ranjan Kumar have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62598 of 2025(3) dt.15-11-2025 3/3 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Babura P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as well as the following conditions:- (i) one of the bailors should be the family member/relative of the petitioner (s) who shall provide official document to show his/her bona fide;
(ii) the petitioner (s) shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his/her/their bail bond by the Trial Court itself; (iii) the petitioner (s) shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;
(iv) the petitioner (s) shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds. (Ajit Kumar, J) pravinkumar/- U T
