In this case, the petitioner has raised limited grievance that he was transferred to Ghora Sahan Canal SubDivision, Sikata, Raxaul, but he had not been given the charge

Patna High Court CWJC No.6239 of 2018 dt.10-08-2018 2/2 and on that account payment of salary has not made to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already handed over the charge, L.P.C. has been sent but the service book of the petitioner has not been sent to the present place of posting and for that he has drawn the attention of this Court to the Office order dated 25.06.2018, which has been downloaded by the petitioner from the official website of the department.

In such view of the matter, this Court directs the Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division, Bakhtiyarpur, to send the service book of the petitioner forthwith so that the petitioner would be able to get his due salary. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
