2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner with the help of others succeeded in getting declared minor only on the basis of a forged and fake enrollment regular and School Transfer Certificate of Middle School, Shiv Nagar, Dumaria, bihar. This act has been performed solely for the purpose of committing fraud. It has also been submitted in the FIR that in Cr. Misc. No. 644 of 2021 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has found that a racket is working in issuing forged certificates.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and there is allegation of interpolation against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 26.03.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sherghati, Gaya.
