JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Learned counsel appearing for the Life Insurance Corporation submits on instruction that this writ application has now become infructuous inasmuch as the final order of termination of the petitioner has been passed under Clause 16(1) of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 1972 on 19.11.2014 itself . Thus, the petitioner has got a remedy of preferring appeal under Clause 20. He further submits that the order challenged was an interim order passed under Clause 16(3) of the aforesaid Regulations.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to
Patna High Court CWJC No.147 of 2014 (3) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 prefer appeal against the concerned order.
