2. The present application has been filed to modify the order dated 31.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54090 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 31.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54090 of 2023, the petitioner was granted bail along with another co-accused but, due to typographical mistake, in the petition in the cause title portion the name of the district has wrongly been typed as 'Sheikhpura' in place of Patna and so in the cause title portion of the order-sheet. He also submits that as the period to surrender has expired the same may be extended.
4. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the order dated 31.08.2023 passed in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72652 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.54090 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the name of the district be read as Patna in place of Sheikhpura and further the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
5. Accordingly, the order dated 31.08.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this modification application stands disposed of.
