2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3),190,126(2), 115(2), 109, 118(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 61(2), 3(5) of BNS and section 103(1) BNS has been added later.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Manish Kumar alleged that on 2.04.2025 , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi, danda assaulted informant, his brother. When family members came to rescue , they were also assaulted.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62997 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 specific accusation of assault is against co-accused co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is absolutely no allegation assault against her. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Sonepur PS Case No 305 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
