2. 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University indicating payment of pension and family pension along with arrears.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. However, she submitted that the payment is being made in the pre-revised scale, which is now required to be appropriately enhanced.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.5573 of 2018 dt.26-10-2018 2/2 stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to represent before the Registrar of the University in the matter. If such a representation is filed within three weeks from today, the Registrar shall look into the matter and if it is found that the payment made to the petitioner is in an unrevised scale, as per her entitlement, the same shall be appropriately revised and whatever amount is found payable on account of such revision, shall be paid to the petitioner within one month from the date of filing of the representation.
