1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding Respondent Authorities and directing the particularly to the Respondent no.6 to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground against any class- IV post pursuant to the decision taken by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.14647 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 Compassionate Committee, East Champaran at Motihari in its meting dated 13.12.2002 and communicated to all concerned vide memo no.23 dated 09.01.2023 under the signature of the Respondent no.6 whereby and where under the District Compassionate Committee recommended for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground since the father of the petitioner died in harness on 31.03.2017 during the service period.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the Respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to issue fresh marks-sheet of Madhyama Examination in favour of the petitioner after rectifying the anomaly committed in the markssheet of the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Appointment Letter has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, thus the present writ petition be disposed off.

2. Accordingly the present writ petition stands disposed off.
