2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 108 of 2010.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and this is the first such complaint case since the parties were married on 20.05.2009. The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour whereas she has solemnized another marriage on 18.02.2013 with Pramod Thakur with whom she is now residing.

4. Notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 but she has refused to accept the same. She is also not represented today when the matter is called.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.05.2016 by this Court in connection
