JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1445C of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. As per complaint petition, there is allegation that marriage of the daughter of informant was fixed with the petitioner and as per the demand, the informant paid Rs.5,00,000/-, but thereafter, accused persons including the petitioner started further demand of Rs.2,00,000/- and due to non-fulfillment of said demand, they were not ready to marry the petitioner with the daughter of the informant and also not returning the amount.

No.58858 of 2019(3) dt.23-09-2019 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no chit of document in support of the submission that they have received any amount from the complainant and they have falsely been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.
