The findings being what they are. Obviously, the engagement of the petitioner is not meant for her benefit, but benefit of children as well as expectant mothers, who are malnourished. The defence put up by the petitioner does not rub on as a valid explanation for non-functioning of centre in question.

No interference is warranted to the orders impugned.
