In view of limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned appellate forum for redressal of her grievance which would be available to her in law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8392 of 2016 dt.25-01-2017 2/2 forum, let the same be disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than three months from the date of filing of such appeal/representation.
However, it is made clear that before taking a final decision, such competent forum should grant reasonable opportunity to all the concerned including the private respondent. It is further made clear that a copy of order of selection/appointment of respondent no.8 should also be given to the petitioner on demand after payment of requisites, if required.
