JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 01-12-2023 Earlier by order dated 28.02.2023, petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of six months in order to explore the possibility of restitution of conjugal rights and later on the same was extended for a further period of six months on 18.5.2023. A mediation report from the Mediation Centre, Darbhanga dated 15.07.2023, suggests that both parties appeared but the reconciliation could not be met. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several efforts have been made for settlement between the parties but the matter could not be settled down.

In contra, it is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that re-conciliation could not be met.

The application stands allowed.
