Mr.Shantanu Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of G.N.M on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was appointed as G.N.M. after verification of all certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already been removed from the services. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, fact that appointment of petitioner has already been cancelled and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Jamui in connection with Gidhour P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
