Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation is against the other accused persons. Having regard to the facts of the case, in case of arrest/surrender, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016.
