The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the victim girl, aged about 18 years, has no whisper about complicity of the petitioner in this case, as mentioned in the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patnacity, Patna in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 168 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
