The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation informant has given Rs.10 lacs to the petitioner for purchase of land, when it was not done the informant started demanding the money and on the fateful day i.e. 26.5.2017 at about 5 A.M. the informant has gone to demand the money, allegation has been that in presence of her mother and wife the petitioner tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.41380 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 normally a normal person will not do such act in presence of mother and his wife Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Gurudeo Bind, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.232 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
