JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 51298 of 2019, by which, the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail with condition to surrender before the court below by 26.08.2019.

The ground for modification is that by mistake petitioner was informed about the time of two weeks for surrender, as such, he could not surrender, as the time was short. He is ready to surrender now.

Having heard both sides, in view of the averments made in the petition, this application is allowed. The order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64173 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 17.08.2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner has to surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
