2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as of now all his post retiral dues have been paid except for about Rs. 6,83,000/- and odd.
3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that according to the telephonic instructions received by him, an amount of Rs. 6,83,868/- has been credited into the account of the petitioner three days back.

4. In view of such categorical statement made by learned counsel for the State, the writ petition stands disposed off with the observation that if the same is found incorrect, serious consequences shall follow.
