2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Daud Nagar P.S.Case No.53 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No.354 of 2017/110 of 2017) pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad registered for an offence under Sections 25(I-b)a/26(ii) of the Arms Act.

3. The informant of this case is the police officer who apprehended this petitioner who was found roaming in suspicious condition and from his possession one loaded fire arm and four cartridges were recovered. Petitioner has criminal antecedent and he is an accused of Gandhi Nagar P.S.Case No.353 of 2008 registered for an offence under the Arms Act. Considering the recovery of fire arm from his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43734 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 possession and also his antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. His prayer is rejected. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
