2. The present petition has been filed for the issuance of direction, order/orders writ/writs in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents-authority to consider the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2471 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 petitioners for their regularization of service in Group 'B' employee much before the year 1980 and challenging the letter no. 2798 dated 23.9.2017 passed by the respondent no.6 (D.F.O..Nawada) and fulfill all the requirements as required earlier.

3. Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submit that they may be granted liberty to approach the concerned respondent no. 6.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
