The petitioners being the brothers, sister, brotherin-law and mother of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 307, 328 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of inflicting torture after about 20

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50508 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 years of marriage and making attempt to administer poison to the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners claim to be separate from the husband of the informant and accusation is omnibus and general.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Sitamarhi in connection with Patahi P.S.
