The petitioner questions the constitution of the Ishlampur Prakhand Matasyajivi Sahayog Samiti, Ishlampur in the district of Bhagalpur.
The pleading suggests that the issue has never earlier been raised by the petitioner before the statutory authorities under the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise the issue before the statutory authorities under 'the Act' and which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
