Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.6036 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 the Circle Officer, Uchkagaon by filing a representation, whereafter the said Circle Officer shall examine the representation of the petitioner and if he deems it fit and proper, shall take action under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
