The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 179/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant widow of the deceased has stated that she had gone to give food to her husband at Nagadham pond, but in the meantime, eight accused persons came and made indiscriminate firing causing the death of her husband Umesh Mahto on the spot.

The informant identified six persons including the petitioner.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28856 of 2015 (3) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 the police did not find sufficient material. In view of this fact he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
