The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 659 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 370, 290 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4, 5, 7 and 8 of Immoral Traffic Act. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner along with others named in the FIR are alleged to have been involved in immoral act near the Patna Junction late in the night . It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that allegation against this petitioner is false and concocted. She has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.07.2019. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 15.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 57908 of 2019.

No.70811 of 2019(3) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 659 of 2019.
