KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 20-09-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) Issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other like writ, order or direction in the nature thereof quashing the Impugned Order being letter dated 30.03.2019 issued by Respondent blacklisting the Petitioner for 5 years and debarring the petitioner from the subject tender process.

(ii) Issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other like writ, order or direction in the nature thereof quashing the letter dated 05.04.2019 issued by Respondent rejecting the Representation of Petitioner and upholding the blacklisting and debarring of the petitioner; iii. Issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other like writ, order or direction in the nature thereof directing the Respondent No. 1 to evaluate the Financial Bid of the Petitioner and award the tender in accordance with the terms & conditions of the tender document;

iv. Award costs to the Petitioner; and
