The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 119/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 307, 427, 435, 333 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of these petitioners has come only due to enmity and there is no specific act executed by them.
Considering the facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50802 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 119/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
