The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the daughter of the informant, who was married to the petitioner in April, 2014 was killed by the petitioner on 19th March, 2015 for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
