The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 265 of 2021 corresponding in G.R. No. 1587 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the bush behind the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. He is a man of clean antecedent.

No.1752 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 265 of 2021 corresponding in G.R. No. 1587 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
