JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59170 of 2019(8) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
