2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhadwar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner has killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2022. The petitioner has never demanded dowry or tortured the deceased for fulfillment of the same. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67051 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 custody since 05.01.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
