The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On the confessional statement of co-accused Dinesh Kumar Srivastava, petitioner's name has been transpired in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner is not the owner of the recovered vehicle and he has no concern with the seized materials. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
