The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons abducted the minor sister of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2017 and has no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The victim has been examined under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has not supported the allegations made in the F.I.R.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42487 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Purnia in connection with Sadar P.S. case No.334 of 2017.
