2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is said to be killed by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the distant relative of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 8.5.2024.

6. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024.
