JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-10-2017 This appeal has been filed against the order dated 23.01.2013, passed in a contempt case, bearing M.J.C. No. 2104 of 2012.

In the contempt case, after going through the showcause filed, learned Court found that the order passed by this

Patna High Court LPA No.2145 of 2016 (3) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 Court has been complied with and refused to take cognizance in the matter and dismissed the contempt application. Against the order passed refusing cognizance in a contempt case, even under the Contempt of Courts Act, no appeal is provided and under Clause 10(a) of Letters Patent, no appeal against a contempt case is permissible.

This appeal is, accordingly dismissed.
