Patna High Court CWJC No.1717 of 2018 (4) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 have been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.03.2018, hence, nothing survives in the present case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the order dated 22.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.966 of 2013.
