2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Though, the petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased but during investigation it has come that he is a contract killer and he is accused in 16 more cases.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69011 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 petitioner for the present.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
