2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. F.I.R. reveals that on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the minor daughter of the informant had gone to attend call of nature . Petitioner with the help of other FIR named accused persons had kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant in a vehicle .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners and informant are co-villagers and next-door neighbours, and due to previous enmity, they have been roped in this case. He next submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., has not alleged anything wrong against both of these petitioners. Petitioner No. 1 is the son of petitioner No. 2. Petitioners claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.
6 Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr. P . C . and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 10th J .M. Ist Class (East Muzaffarpur) in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case
