2. The present application has been filed for modification in order dated 02.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.34154 of 2025.

3. Counsel submits that by virtue of the said order, the petitioners were granted regular bail and directed to be released with 2 conditions. He further submits that the petitioners have fulfilled one condition and deposited Rs.1 lac to the Excise Department, Government of Bihar, but for the 2nd condition, he submits that the said person who has executed affidavit, is not ready to furnish the bail bonds. Therefore, a local bailor may be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64635 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 directed to be a person for furnishing the sureties. As such, a direction may be given that another local bailor may be permitted to be a bailor, who shall sworn an affidavit securing the presence of the petitioners on regular basis.

4. Counsel for the State submits that a responsible person of the locality may be directed to be a bailor.

5. In the light of the submissions made, let the said correction be made in the order dated 02.06.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.34154 of 2025 and a local bailor shall be a person having permanent address and movable property, within the said District.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is hereby allowed upto the extent.

7. However, it is also directed to the petitioners to deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) in the "Prime Minister National Relief Fund".
