The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Karpi (Shahar Telpa) P.S. Case No.64 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased who died of poisoning within 7 years of her marriage rather the marriage having taken place in the year 2014 the occurrence took place in 2015.

Although Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner endeavoured to submit that the consumption of poison is by the deceased herself upon a quarrel between her and her husband but considering the circumstances existing let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52457 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 before the court below which may be considered and disposed of on merits without being prejudiced by this order. The anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
