JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the old mother-in-law of the deceased. She resides separately in mess and property from the husband of the deceased, and as such, she had no concern with the affairs of husband and wife. Husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43909 of 2017(3) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
