1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons misappropriated total Rs. 22,11,000/- of Tanishq Showroom of Kalambag Chowk, Muzaffarpur by gift voucher which was meant for the customer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case. It was Aryama Abhishek, who was working in Tanishq Showroom, Kalambag Chowk, Muzaffarpur who embezzled the amount from the show room. Petitioner is working at Darbhanga Tanishq Showroom and has got no concerned with the said occurrence.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail and has submitted that petitioner along with other co-accused persons misappropriated huge amount of Tanishq Showroom.
