The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated passed in 17.08.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24372 of 2011. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to certain medical reasons, the petitioner could not surrender in the Court below. He, however, submits that the petitioner will surrender within a period of two weeks from today. If, the petitioner so surrenders within a period of two weeks, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30325 of 2016 (2) dt.11-11-2016 P2/2 Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 286/2009, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender within the period of extension granted by this Court i.e., within a period of two weeks from today, the order passed earlier shall stand automatically withdrawn.
