The petitioner seeks bail in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 14/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.06.2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining six months in custody. The petitioner remained in custody since 22.02.2017. He has already remained in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
