The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kauakol (Rupao) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
20 litres of liquor has been recovered from Amjhar forest and motorcycle of this petitioner was recovered from the place of recovery.
It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner or from his motorcycle. Recovery has been made from open place. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.2104 of 2022(2) dt.14-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Kauakol (Rupao) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
