JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 2842 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act. Allegation as per FIR is that petitioner and other accused persons threw bomb on her but she anyhow escaped and they again threw bomb on her house.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation of throwing of bomb is against other accused persons and not against the petitioner.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58829 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
